Kazuhisa Mochizuki

Founder & Principal | International Tax Advisor

Kazuhisa Mochizuki is an international tax and accounting advisor with over 30 years of experience supporting multinational companies across Japan, the US, Europe, and Asia. He started his career at a Big Four firm in Japan and overseas, later specializing in transfer pricing at a legal consulting firm. After establishing his own advisory practice, he co-founded a financial advisory firm with a leading global investment bank and went on to become the first Japanese Global Partner at Mazars. He currently serves as a principal at Mochizuki & Associates, Deputy Chairman of the International Tax Committee at JICPA and a Japan Chapter Author for IBFD, being fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. MBA Olin business school at Washington Univ. in St. Louis, EMBA Fudan business school.

Liying Huang

Huang Liying is a Junior Accountant in China with eight years of experience assisting foreign clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. In addition to her expertise in the Chinese market, she has also gained extensive experience supporting Japanese clients with their accounting and tax matters in Japan.

She has over 10 years of experience working in multinational companies in China, specializing in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial analysis.
